Yogurt

In reference to Tuesday nights live chat, easiyo was mentioned. Easiyo is easy and cheaper to make your own yoghurt, originally cost about $20.00 for plasic jar and yoghurt maker. Sachets which make 1kg, usually available in the sweet section e.g tin fruit etc of supermarkets. Probotic? the Dieticians were talking about is live cultures in the yoghurt. Good for gut problems. Easiyo contain these. No I do not work for them or receive any endorsements, I just enjoy the cheaper quality yoghurt. Cheers Mazza
