Sailor I would have joined you and Felix! even flown to Melbourne for the Anti-football event.

Hi Everyone

I suggest - contrary to Felix's wishes - that we all meet at the Star Hotel North Fitzroy, 10 Newry Street Fitzroy North, next Saturday afternoon. It is the place for those actively uninterested in football, of any sort. It is the meeting place of the true AFL, the Anti-Football League, whose symbol is a cube. Founded by that veteran journalist and social commentator Keith Dunstan, in the 1960's. Why the Star Hotel Fitzroy North - it is the only pub in Melbourne that doesn't have a big screen TV, or any kind of TV in the bar, so cannot broadcast a football match of any code.

Harker I hope I didn't offend you when I put in my little tirade about Collingwood supporters - I am sure you are not anything like the handful of idiots I was referring to.

By the way as the Swans are not contenders this year - shame- I would love to have seen them slaughter collingwood - I am going for the Saints purely and simply because of the rudeness of the black and white brigade yesterday when Nick Riewoldt(?) was trying to speak at the presentation of the teams . The rudeness did not surprise me as the collingwood supporters I know personally - not through choice - are absolute rejects and all should have been put down at birth - bit harsh- NO - there is no place for rudeness!!
